It appears to be a poorly made sheet of paper, meaning there are thick and thin spots in the sheet. However, the sheet doesn’t show a laid and chain pattern which it should if this is from a First Folio. just a guess.

It could be… but it isn’t. Hint: Tom Leech was correct about it being paper.
